Who may list

You must be 18 or over. You may only create a listing describing yourself. Creating a listing about another person — with or without their knowledge — is prohibited and will be removed.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By publishing, you grant Skips Directory permission to display it on this site for as long as your listing is live. Withdrawing it ends that permission immediately.

You must have the right to publish the photos you upload. Do not upload images of anyone else without their agreement.

Reporting

Anyone can report a listing without an account. Reports of impersonation, non-consensual listing or apparent minors take the listing offline immediately, before review.

Moderation

Listings are reviewed before publication. Moderators can remove a listing and must record a reason, which is written to an audit log. Moderators cannot edit the content of your listing or create one on your behalf.

Legal compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that what you advertise is lawful where you are and where your clients are. Content that facilitates trafficking, coercion or the exploitation of minors is prohibited without exception and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your privacy page. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms; the reason is recorded and you may appeal by contacting no-reply@example.com.
